On a recent Air India flight from Agartala to Kolkata, a 41-year-old male passenger named Nandan Shukla Das fell ill mid-flight, experiencing severe stomach pain.
The pilot of the aircraft requested an emergency landing at Kolkata airport to ensure prompt medical attention for the passenger.
Upon landing, Das was immediately taken to a private nursing home in Kolkata for medical care.
Unfortunately, despite the best efforts of medical professionals, Das was declared brought dead by the doctors at the nursing home.
